Set in the stunning Gold Coast Hinterland, between the Queensland and NSW border, The Bower Estate boasts 120 acres of breathtaking natural beauty to create the most picturesque backdrop for your event or function.
At Bower Estate, your dream event is limited only by your imagination! With a range of open-air and undercover event spaces, every event vision is possible. Dine under the stars in our clear marquee, surrounded yourself with untouched, natural beauty, plan the perfect picnic lunch to celebrate that special milestone on our lush, manicured lawns. Take part in our wellness retreats or hold that conference on our timber verandah for up to 100 guests!
Whether you are planning an intimate, private event or a large corporate function, we can make it happen for you. Choose from a selection of base packages and tailor them to your needs, or work with us to build your ideal event from the ground up.
Event Packages
As well as weddings, choose from one of our function venues that regularly host corporate events, social functions, baby showers, christenings, hens’ parties, birthday parties, wellness retreats, staff parties, kids’ parties and other milestone celebrations.
The Bower Estate has several packages available for groups, these can be individually tailored for your event goals. Working with our flock of South East Queensland favourites, we strive to produce events that showcase the produce, creativity and vitality of this city. Our flock includes an eclectic mix of yogis, chefs, botanists, bushwalking aficionados, sommeliers and artists who help deliver our special events.
Packages are all individually tailored, but here’s a preview of some of the kinds of things you can expect to see in our base packages:

Event Services
Our dedicated onsite staff includes a team of managers and in-house event co-ordinators who will liaise with external facilitators including caterers, florists, stylists, events hire companies, and more to ensure your event is as unique as you are. Our attention to detail and personalised service is unparalleled and makes planning your event an enjoyable experience.
The Bower Estate can accommodate up to ten people onsite in our dreamy cottage farmhouse. We also have a host of accommodation partners who can provide a range of options in the hinterland, as well as special accommodation packages at The Star Casino on the Gold Coast.
Our private charter coaches ensure your guests get to and from your event in comfort and style, and eliminates the hassle of driving and parking, allowing your guests to fully enjoy your event.
