The Bower Estate is located in the Gold Coast Hinterland, a 50 minute drive from Surfers Paradise and 50 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport.
We are nestled at the Southern and of Numinbah Valley in Natural Bridge. A corner of incredible natural heritage and beauty in South East Queensland. Home to the UNESCO World Heritage listed Gondwana Rainforests, this area protects a high number of rare and threatened rainforest species of international significance for science and conservation. To the east we are bordered by the Springbrook National Park and to the West we look across to the dramatic mountains of the Lamington National Park.

As you enter the valley from the north, you can enjoy several entries and day use areas around the Gold Coasts main water catchment, Hinze Dam.
In the town of Numinbah, you can enjoy several bushwalks, swimming areas and the monthly art markets held in the grounds of The School of Arts.
Located just 2 minutes south of The Bower Estate, lies the Natural Bridge section fo the Springbrook National Park. Enjoy a short walk down to the Cave Creek cascades and marvel at the famed waterfall cascading through the roof of a giant cavernous cave. If you head down in the evening, the roof of the cave is covered in thousands of glow worms, a majestic and rare sight.
A further 10 minutes south lands you in the Northern NSW town of Chillingham, an amazing little village with a great cafe and the famous Bucks Farm. Grab a chocolate dipped frozen banana and tour around the sub-tropical orchards of Bucks Farm and grab some fresh produce for the trip home.
