Guest Information
Attending a Bower event is like no other! With this in mind, see our suggestions and information that will make your time at The Bower Estate unforgettable:
Attire/Footwear
The Bower Estate is predominately an outdoor venue, with this in mind we recommend dressing for the weather conditions. As the evening approaches the temperature can drop, so bringing a jacket for mingling outdoors is highly recommended. Contrarily, our Hillview ceremony area is high in sun exposure; bringing a hat and sunglasses to the ceremony is recommended to stay sun smart.
The Bower pathways consist of grassed and gravel areas. For those wanting to wear heels, we suggest bringing a spare pair of flat shoes or heel stoppers.
Parking
Should you choose to drive to The Bower Estate, the journey takes approximately 45 minutes from the Gold Coast CBD. There are 40 onsite parking spaces. We also offer return bus transfers from a major Gold Coast location (normally The Star Casino) to the estate as a part of most wedding packages.
Amenities
The Estate has six toilet facilities, including an PWD bathroom and baby changing area. We have hand sanitiser and insect repellent available for all guests.
Accessibility
We want to ensure all our guests can navigate around the estate with ease. The Bower Estate has an onsite buggy to transport ambulant guests around the property to assist with accessibility.
Accommodation
If you are seeking accommodation for the night of the wedding please see our list of suggested surrounding accommodation, The Star Casino or RACV Royal Pines Resort.
