Immersive Yoga, Balance and Flow
For those who are familiar with yoga and would like the opportunity to learn and practise several techniques throughout the day and immerse in a rich workshop exploring ayurvedic principles to understand your body and achieve balance in your life.
Retreat Day 2: Sunday 16th May
Unwind and Reconnect With Self
For those who are seeking a gentle day of retreat with hatha yoga and meditation. Learn about Pranayama and self mastery under the expert guidance of Doreena Scales and take a sense of stillness home with you.
Both retreat options incorporate our incredible environment and lush food to indulge in a day of absolute serenity. Join us for:
- forest bathing (rainforest immersion as opposed to swimming - in silence we grow. In stillness, we heal)
